Wealth Creation vs. Transfer of Wealth

Right now there are whole industries dedicated to making money off people's misery and insecurities. There are also industries that make money by helping people gain happiness and prosperity. True added value and wealth creation is when both the provider and the customer gain something from the transaction. Everything else is just greed, theft and a transfer of wealth.
