Talking about Groups
The challenge faced when talking about groups is that they are made up of individuals, each of which are unique in their own right. Any stereotype or generalization is bound to be inaccurate for a sizable chunk of any reasonably sized group. We must be conscious that any generalizations that we make will never apply to everyone in the group, and that some people will be upset that such generalizations are even made.
